Rumors about a possible strained relationship between Potap and his 15-year-old son spread online. However, the other day the boy's mother, Iryna Horova, who is the artist's ex-wife and producer, decided to refute these rumors.
Horova gave an interview in which she stated that the relationship between father and son is very good, and even they will celebrate New Year's holidays together. She emphasized that there is no tension or misunderstanding, because Potap loves and respects his son. The producer revealed that they actively communicate and support each other.
"He didn't ignore it. There is no hidden message. He loves and respects him very much. This is some invented super news. On the contrary, they communicate a lot and support each other. Andriy will be with his father on New Year's holidays," Horova stressed.
She also indicated that their family New Year's Eve will not be held in Kyiv. Earlier in December, the son took part in a public event where, answering questions, he introduced himself as "Irina Horova's son", without mentioning his father. However, according to Horova, this does not indicate the absence of close relations between them, but is only the result of the situational context.
