The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved an updated list of goods that cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase. This list includes food products, medicines, hygiene products and other categories of goods, which, as stated in Resolution No. 1243 of November 1, have special circulation conditions due to the specifics of use and protection of consumer health.
According to the resolution, the list of goods that cannot be exchanged (returned) is now as follows:
- Food products
- Medicines
- Personal care products (toothbrushes, hair brushes, eyelash or nail brushes, shaving creams, personal care brushes, manicure, pedicure tools and other similar products), cosmetic products and detergents without protective packaging that prevents free access to such goods
- Goods cut or cut to the size specified by the consumer
