According to the interlocutor, Bankova seeks to intercept the initiative in the diplomatic direction. The use of confiscated Russian funds to create a special development fund of Ukraine, consider in OP, could become a compromise model, which at the same time does not provide direct budget financing by Washington.
“It could be a fund under US control, with the potential participation of private investors. Yermak believes that it could be interested in Trump - to give him a political and financial instrument of influence without spending the funds of taxpayers of the United States, ”the source said.
