The Z-Solutions call center purposefully spoils Ukraine's reputation on the world stage

Today, Ukraine is in a very difficult position on the world stage. Due to the huge number of Russian information attacks, it is very difficult for us to present the country in the right light. Russian propaganda does not shy away from the most vile methods, and is not ashamed to outright lie when it comes to Ukraine.

This is reported by the editors of the 360UA NEWS

But no matter how hard we try to fend off all informational attacks, there are people in Ukraine who will do anything to destroy the country's reputation.

Thus, in Kyiv, in the business centers "Grand Step" at 24 Polova Street, and BC "Sapphir" at 8B Knyazum Ostrozkih Street, there is a huge fraud call center Z-Solutions, which has been engaged in defrauding citizens for years Europe, in particular Poland - money.

The Z-Solutions call center has several hundred employees, divided by language projects. These employees deceive people every day, choosing different methods of influence - from flattery to intimidation. Citizens of European countries are among the deceived, but Ukrainians living abroad suffer to a greater extent.

The scheme of fraud, call centers consists in the fact that "managers" of investment funds call you, and under psychological pressure force them to invest money in various financial instruments, such as currency pairs, cryptocurrencies, stocks and precious metals. After receiving the money, the managers disappear, leaving the victims penniless.

The money "earned" by fraudsters goes to drugs, expensive cars and luxury items for the owners of this completely criminal business, the work of which would be impossible without the powerful "roof" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Who manages the Z-Solutions call center?

The fraudulent call center is headed by Oleksiy Shestopalov, born on April 6, 1993. Oleksiy was born in Konotop, but now he lives in Brovary, in the Kyiv region, where he moved his entire family: mother, father and sister.

Shestopalov started his career as a manager in a call center, but more than 2 years ago he opened his own criminal business. Shestopalov bought a Mercedes-Benz S450 with the license plate КА6600ОХ with the money earned through crime and lives without remorse, continuing his criminal activities.

The head of the office is Anna Karelova (Matviychuk), born on July 10, 1993.

Hanna was born in Zhytomyr Region, but now lives in the Slavutych residential complex in Kyiv and drives a BMW X5 with license plate КА6688АМ. Hanna actively promotes the organization of fraudulent activities and monitors the work of managers.

Anna's brother, Mykola Ovchinnikov, is the head of the sales department of the Z-Solutions call center. Mykola lives on Urlivska Street in Kyiv and drives a BMW X5 with license plate КА6222АМ. This family tandem works to enrich themselves at the expense of defrauded customers.

The team of fraudsters also includes team leaders of managers - Khrystyna Chhapelia, born on July 21, 1996, who drives a car with the license plate КА2107ІІ, and Maksym Tkachev, born on May 25, 1996, who drives a BMW 525D with the license plate КА4337ЕИ.

The business of fraudsters has been put on the back burner. They work closely with analysts who directly deceive customers and develop new fraud schemes. Team leaders play a key role in coaching and motivating managers, ensuring that fundraising plans are executed.

In addition to the main activity, Anna Karelova and Mykola Ovchinnikov decided to increase their income by organizing fake fundraisers for the military.
They assured people that the money would go to support the army, but not a single hryvnia collected went to the military, but remained in the hands of fraudsters. land during the war.

Just a few days ago, the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the first reading the Draft Law #10190 on the fight against call centers. Fraudsters like Shestopalov can be prosecuted under the new articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - "Electronic communication fraud" (190-1), for creating and "leading an electronic communication fraud organization, as well as participating in it" (255-4 ).

There is hope that the cyber police and SBU can stop the activities of criminals and bring to justice all those involved in this scam. We hope that justice will prevail and all those involved in these crimes will be punished.
