Three lawyers from the law company "Guarantee of your rights" were suspected of NABU due to interference with the work of a single state register of court decisions. Among them - Dmitry Borzikh, former assistant to the main military prosecutor Anatoly Matios. According to the investigation, attorneys had unauthorized access to at least 100 criminal cases, in particular - more than 30 NABU proceedings related to firework.
By 2022, attorneys, most of whom - expectorates of the military prosecutor's office, were involved in the Hacker Konstantin Saibel scheme. He received the full texts of court decisions through a special bot and script. Authorization took place behind the login of one of the Kiev judges, probably Vasyl Voloshin. The judge himself denies his participation, and the investigation determines whether the key has been transferred voluntarily or stolen.
There were more than 7,500 decisions at the disposal of lawyers. The system allowed to look for cases by keywords, names and numbers, handling up to a thousand requests daily. The priority included searches, arrests and cases that could affect business interests of influential persons.
Among the persons are Igor Kolomoisky, Vadim Novinsky, Kirill Shevchenko, Boris Kaufman, Alexander Granovsky, Alexander Nasikovsky and others.
The investigation lasted a year and a half. NABU installed listening to the office of the firm, but it was forced to stop surgery after a scandal around Valery Zaluzhny's office ahead of time. Nevertheless, it was possible to remove computers, phones, laptops and servers. The data indicates that each user had full access to the registry, and the recorded conversations gave grounds for official suspicions.
In January 2025, experts in the Lviv Research Institute confirmed the authenticity of the records. This allowed to continue the investigation and start new proceedings - in particular on bribery of judges and experts. There was also information that Borzikh and his team continued to "trade expertise" in the KNISE even after his loyal leader was released.
Despite the suspicion, the Guarantee of Your Rights continues to work. Lawyers have connections in the courts, and Borzikh himself reached 10 million UAH. According to the sources, he publicly swaying on the mountain and links in the NABU and the Presidential Office.
The National Association of Lawyers of Ukraine not only did not initiate disciplinary cases, but also stood in defense of the suspects, starting a case against NABU detectives themselves. A similar situation was with Oleg Tatarev, who defended NAAU after the emergence of suspicion of bribery in the case of Nikitas.
Borzykh also retains close ties with Bankova representatives, in particular - Oleg Tatariv, expires to the head of the head of the Kuleba and Smirnov. The publication reminds that in 2017, the Declarations of the Borzy, Matios and other employees of the military prosecutor's office disappeared from the NAPC Register - at the moment when the personal data of prosecutors were broken and closed.
