Law enforcement officers reported the suspicion of the former chief of the capital territorial of the staff (TCC), who is suspected of helping with the escape of the exchanger of the Kiev subway Victor Braginsky abroad. This was reported by the National Police.
According to the investigation, the former warrior helped Braginsky get a false decision of the Military Medical Commission to withdraw from military registration due to a serious incurable disease. This made it possible for a former official to leave Ukraine and avoid investigation.
Suspicions were also declared to the Chairman and the Secretary of the Military Medical Commission, as well as the operator of the Office of the Tax Code. All of them, according to investigators, were involved in the design of counterfeit medical documents.
We will remind, in November 2024 Braginsky was suspected of negligence, which led to a large -scale flooding of tunnels between the stations "Demiyivska" and "Libidsk" in the Kiev Metro. He was wanted.
The investigation is ongoing. Police say that other possible episodes and persons are set.
