The National Anti -Corruption Bureau of Ukraine has wanted two women who are closely related to the former deputy of the Kyiv City Council Denis Komarnitsky - his assistant Alice Sobol and manager Elena Boguslavsk. Both involvement is in the case of a criminal organization that has been engaged in corruption schemes in the capital.
According to the publication "Word and Delo" with reference to the data of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Boguslavskaya disappeared on March 11, and Sobol - March 13, 2025.
NABU investigators accuse Alice Sobol of participation in the criminal organization under Article 255 (2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. On March 24, the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court has already decided on its correspondence arrest.
Instead, the prosecution against Elena Boguslavskaya has an even broader list - from the management of separate structures in a criminal organization to obstruction of economic activity, the seizure of land and bribes to Kiev officials.
Both women were already appeared in investigations into journalists Bihus.info. The materials say that the Sobol maintained close contact with another Komarnitsky associate - Tatiana Kurashevskaya. Journalists published their correspondence, which hinted at the amount of cash operated by dealers:
- I have an accident.
- What?
- I have half a million euros, and there is nowhere to put it. I have 2 cells and both are filled.
Investigators emphasize that these women not only worked surrounded by Denis Komarnitsky, known as "watchful in Kiev", but actively participated in the schemes of deriban of city land, transfer of insides on searches and even in contact with people who, they said, stood "above".
