The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court extended a preventive measure for the former head of the Khmelnytsky Medical and Social Expert Commission Tatiana Group. It will remain in custody until September 7, 2025. At the same time, the court agreed to reduce the amount of collateral - now its amount is 56 million 18 thousand hryvnias.
The decision was made after considering the request of the NABU detective. If the cereals make the specified amount, it will be strictly restricted. In particular, she will not be able to travel beyond Khmelnitsky without permission, will be obliged to submit documents for traveling abroad and will not have the right to contact the defendants of the case - both the MSEC employees and the people who applied to the commission.
Tatiana Krupa is suspected of committing the crimes provided for in Articles 368-5 (illegal enrichment) and Part 2 of Art. 366-2 (official forgery) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The case against it is accompanied by the National Anti -Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
Earlier, WAKS had already arrested part of the property of the cereals. Among other things, it is about real estate and the funds that the official exported from Ukraine during the war. According to the investigation, this amount exceeds half a million dollars.
The investigation is ongoing, and the case of cereals is considered one of the most illustrative in the field of exposing corruption among the officials of the medical and social examination system.
