The Government does not plan to change the current rules of booking workers at the time of martial law. Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaliy Kindrats reported this, commenting on the course of the procedure of perenging in critical companies.
“We are satisfied with how the transmission process has passed, the new rules have worked. There is an opportunity for those who are really critical to increase the percentage of reserved. The Ministry of Defense commission considers how important it is for defense, for the economy, and makes appropriate decisions, ”Kindrat said.
According to him, almost all enterprises that meet the new criteria were able to confirm their status of critical and were granted the right to book employees.
The criteria remain unchanged
The new conditions that have been operating since the beginning of 2024 remain relevant. The status of critically important can be obtained only by those companies that meet three criteria - two of them are required:

The average salary of employees should be at least 20 thousand hryvnias;

lack of tax debt and single social contribution.
The third criterion can choose from the list:

payment of more than 1.5 million euros of taxes per year;

currency receipts of more than 32 million euros (not counting loans);

strategic importance for a state or region;

importance to the industry or community;

The average salary is not lower than the regional level (for utility companies);
-
Resident status action.city;
-
providing electronic communication services (with certain financial thresholds).
How to get the status of critically important
In order to obtain status, an enterprise must go through several stages:

Identify the profile ministry or other body (for example, Ministry of Defense for Residents Action ..city).

According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, by the end of March, more than 23,000 companies have confirmed their critical status in accordance with new requirements.
