Kyivgaz spends millions on a new minivan for management

On November 3, Kyivgaz JSC concluded an agreement with Ukravto Ukraine Automobile House LLC for the purchase of a Mercedes-Benz V-Class Avantgarde V 300 d extra long passenger car, model year 2025, worth UAH 5.13 million (EUR 106 thousand). The delivery of the car is scheduled for April 30, 2026.

The minivan will be equipped with a 2.0-liter diesel engine with a capacity of 237 hp, a 9-speed automatic transmission, all-wheel drive, modern safety and comfort systems, including airbags, all-round cameras, blind spot and lane keeping assistants, heated front seats and a heated leather steering wheel, a sliding panoramic roof and a winter package. The warranty is two years or 200 thousand km.

The purchase was made without bidding after the tender was cancelled due to lack of offers. A 20% advance payment will be paid on the day of receipt of the invoice, the remaining amount upon delivery, and the price is tied to the euro exchange rate on the date of payment.

Kyivgaz's shareholders are Kyivenergoholding Company (60%), the Kyiv community (28.5%), and Andriy Vingranovsky and Eduard Shvydky (5.5% each). Kyivgaz's management previously belonged to the Lyovochkin family, which is associated with former members of the Ukrainian People's Party.

The car dealer is the Kyiv-based company "Automobile House Ukravto Ukraine", which is part of Tariel Vasadze's Ukravto group. Since 2017, the company has received contracts worth over UAH 118 million.
