The fact is that there is already a dwelling house in the racetrack - a dormitory of the enterprise. A new residential building may appear under this story. Before the war, he was an investor ready to repair himself with a racetrack, but instead build three hits on his territory.
Now they went the other way. The charter of KP "Kyiv Hypodrom" is changing so that the enterprise can be leased, and the tenant himself, based on the charter, will carry out reorganization and reconstruction.
Currently, the Charter has already been submitted to the Kyiv City Council, so it will be clear in the near future that it is behind attempts to build the territory of the Kiev Hippodrome.
