The people of Kiev share how much you need to earn to survive in the capital

Residents of Kiev are actively discussing on social networks, how much money is needed to live comfortably in the modern capital. The participants of the popular Kidstaff forum talk about their income, expenses and how their lives change through the rise in prices of services, products and tariff growth.

The minimum salary in Ukraine is now 8 thousand hryvnias, and the average in Kiev - already 28 thousand UAH, according to the site of search of work work.ua. At the same time, prices for basic needs are rising in the capital. In particular, as of March, renting a one -room apartment reached 16.5 thousand UAH, and in April, many houses rose tariffs for utilities.

Forum users are honestly share their own stories. One of them wrote that a family with an income of 1400 dollars (about 57 thousand UAH) lives in their own home without luxury - it is enough for food, utilities and the necessary things. According to him, even this amount does not allow to "live broadly".

Another Kiev with a family of three persons and a total income of 40 thousand UAH (20 thousand for each adult) confessed that this money is enough only for basic needs. Buying adult clothing has almost stopped - everything goes to the baby.

Some believe that one thousand dollars or euros (over 40 thousand UAH) is a "minimum" for life in Kiev without significant discomfort. Instead, another user whose family has a monthly income of 5600 euros (more than 250 thousand UAH), reported that they were enough for everything - including the construction of a house, buying things and savings.

These stories clearly demonstrate: life in Kiev requires more and more costs, and even with salaries exceeding average, not everyone is enough for comfort.
