The State Property Fund of Ukraine, having made the fourth attempt, finally sold the single property complex of the state enterprise "TVK" at the privatization auction. This complex is located next to the well-known Odesa market "7th kilometer", and this was reported in the press service of the Foundation.
The buyer, the private enterprise "Rentservice-MSL", won the auction with a proposed price of 106.2 million hryvnias. In addition, he is obliged to pay 21.2 million hryvnias of VAT to the state budget and pay 12.2 million hryvnias of current debt.
The property complex includes 39 units of real estate with the necessary infrastructure and communications, such as an administrative building, 17 warehouse and commercial premises, a garage with non-residential buildings, a pumping station and others. The activity of SE "TVK" consists in providing warehousing and trading services, and the area of buildings and structures for this activity exceeds 35 thousand square meters.
The auction took place on January 26, and the only participant was the private enterprise "Rentservice-MSL", registered in Odesa and owned by Tetyana Ternovskaya.
It should be noted that previous auctions for the sale of the "TVK" property complex could not be held. The initial price of the lot was reduced by 50% and amounted to 104 million 88 thousand 950 hryvnias.
The state-owned enterprise "TVK" was established in 2010 after the renaming of the SE "South". In 2012, the commercial court of the Odesa region introduced a rehabilitation procedure for SE "TVK". Earlier, the Regional Department of the State Property Fund of Ukraine already tried to sell these warehouses for 208 million 235 thousand hryvnias, but without success.
