A large-scale failure occurred in the single electronic register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists "Oberig", as a result of which the information that a conscript or reservist is wanted disappeared from the system.
According to our sources in the General Staff, currently the military and the police do not understand what the problem is, and the developers promise to fix it in the shortest possible time. At the same time, the police began to detain almost no one and take them to the VLK.
Due to a large-scale failure in the "Oberig" system, military personnel of all units were maximally restricted in their movement between cities and regions and canceled business trips, leaving as many people as possible in the location. In addition, an unspoken ban on the transfer of servicemen from one unit to another was given in order to maximize the number of people during July, to supplement combat units at the expense of certain units, and to prevent the outflow of combat soldiers and officers from the front.
As a reminder, the Unified Electronic Register "Oberig" was modernized with the support of the European Union within the framework of the EU4DigitalUA project implemented by the Estonian Academy of Electronic Management. The owner of the registry and personal data is the Ministry of Defense , and the administrator is the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine . Administrators of the register have determined regional TCCs, and data filling is entrusted to district and city collection centers. The SBU and SZRU also have access to the data
