Green tea, matcha and other ways to cheer up without coffee

Many people start their day with a cup of coffee because it helps them wake up quickly and get ready for work. However, coffee can cause side effects such as rapid heartbeat, shaky hands, anxiety, or headaches. Fortunately, there are alternatives that give you energy without the negative consequences.
