The Asset Management and Tracing Agency (ARMA) has appointed a new manager of the seized property belonging to former MP and traitor Viktor Medvedchuk. The sports, residential and recreational complex "Vedmezha Dibrova" in Transcarpathia has been transferred to the management of the company "AVGM-GRUP" LLC for a period of five years.
This was reported by the ARMA press service.
The total area of the complex is about 150 hectares - this is one of the largest seized assets related to Medvedchuk, who is suspected of treason.
The transfer of the property was carried out in accordance with the decisions of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv. The administrator was selected through open electronic bidding in the Prozorro system, which, according to the agency, ensured "full transparency and competitiveness of the procedure."
According to the terms of the agreement, the management company will transfer a fixed payment of UAH 258,825 to the state budget every month, regardless of the profit received. If the management income exceeds this amount, 72.5% of the additional profit will also go to the state.
"ARMA will constantly monitor the implementation of the terms of the agreement to ensure the effective use of the seized property in the interests of the state," the agency emphasized.
The transfer of "Vedmezha Dibrova" became another step in the process of returning assets belonging to Medvedchuk's entourage to state management and their integration into the country's economy.
