Ukraine considers the possibility of cancellation of booking for certain categories of medical workers within the limits of mobilization. The corresponding request will be initiated by the Ministry of Defense and the Command of the Medical Forces, based on the urgent need for specialized personnel at the front.
This is stated on the website of the Ministry of Health. It is noted that the lists of the necessary health workers will form the Ministry of Health in coordination with the departments of health care.
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the command of the medical forces initiate the process of "removal" of individual health workers to mobilize them to the Armed Forces or other military formations. According to the Ministry of Health, submissions for armor removal will be received through the Action Portal, and contracts for service will be concluded for a term of one year.
“The process will be organized in such a way as to ensure the proper functioning of civilian medical institutions. The submission of the removal will be made by the heads of medical institutions by means of the portal "Action", in accordance with the procedure of booking the military for the period of mobilization and for wartime, ”the Ministry of Health noted.
After abolition, doctors will receive military appointments and will be sent to the relevant positions in medical units of military formations.
Changes in the booking mechanism are related to the current needs of military medicine, which requires additional specialists to assist Ukrainian defenders. At the same time, as the Ministry of Health emphasizes, the approach to "stripping" will be weighted in order not to disrupt the stable work of the civilian health care system.
We will remind, earlier in Ukraine already changed the order of booking of military servicemen. The process is now under new criteria that provide for appropriate applications from enterprises and institutions.
