In 2024, the mayor of Pereyaslav Vyacheslav Saulko declared only the main property and salary without specifying any savings. At the same time, his family continues to own a private vet clinic, several land and a religious building.
According to the declaration submitted, Saulko earned more than UAH 717 thousand for the year, which is 54.8 thousand less than in 2023. However, no information about cash or non-cash in the property of the family is absent. The wife's income is not declared, although several real estate objects were issued, including the Church of the Equal Apostle Prince Vladimir the Great in Pereyaslav himself.
The church is not the only active property of the spouse. A private veterinary clinic remains jointly owned. In addition, the mayor declared the trailers of Santa 1600 and Kupava 813290, instead, Volkswagen Caddy cars, which were previously owned by the family, were not specified this time.
Also, as in the previous years, Saulko remains the borrower of UAH 600 thousand under the contract concluded in 2021. There is no information on the repayment or servicing of debt in the declaration.
It is interesting that the person close to the mayor still control the company "Simx Alliance Ukraine" (EDRPOU 45034696), which is engaged in the breeding of dairy cattle. This may indicate the maintenance of business activity, despite the formal lack of cash assets in the declaration.
It is unknown whether these gaps in the declaration are conditioned by negligence, optimization of taxes or a banal desire to hide the real state of affairs. In any case, the lack of income of the wife, cash and vehicles raises natural questions about the style of life of the mayor's family.
