On Tuesday, August 12, a stable geomagnetic situation is forecast on Earth. According to meteoagent, the average level of geomagnetic activity will remain low, which corresponds to the "calm" category.
At the same time, geomag experts warn of a small probability of short-term disturbances that could reach the G1 level. This is a weak magnetic storm that does not pose a danger to most people.
Usually, magnetic storms of this level do not affect well-being. However, people who are weather-dependent and those with chronic diseases may experience a slight deterioration in their condition - headache, fatigue, or dizziness. Doctors advise avoiding stress on such days, getting more rest, and monitoring blood pressure.
No serious magnetic storms are forecast for August 12, so most people will be able to get through the day without any inconveniences related to magnetic field fluctuations.
Magnetic storms are caused by the interaction of a stream of charged particles from the Sun with the Earth's magnetosphere. During strong solar flares or coronal mass ejections, this stream is amplified, leading to fluctuations in the planet's magnetic field. Although the magnetosphere protects the Earth from cosmic radiation, sometimes the disturbances can be noticeable.
The following days, August 12–13, also promise to be relatively calm, with possible weak fluctuations that will not affect the general rhythm of life.
