The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, using the Register of conscripts, created 70,000 summonses that were sent to "Ukrposhta" to notify conscripted citizens. This is reported by Ukrainian Military Pages .
According to the information, certain problems were found in the algorithms for generating subpoenas. In particular, subpoenas are also issued to conscripts who have a formal reservation or postponement, as well as to those who have already been called up for military service.
At the moment, it is not entirely clear how exactly the subpoena selection mechanism works. It was previously reported that the process may resemble a "lottery" — a so-called "randomizer" that randomly selects conscripts who meet the requirements for mobilization.
On October 1, 2024, it became known that Ukrainians began receiving summonses through Ukrposhta. The Kherson regional military administration noted that in the event of receiving a summons, a conscript has 14 days to appear at the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCC and SP).
