Supersimetry LLC, which belongs to the Ukrainian musician Svyatoslav Vakarchuk and LLC "Underground Standap" Komik Svyatoslav Zagaykevich is officially recognized as critical for the functioning of the economy and support of the country's defense capability. The corresponding order was issued by the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine on May 23.
It is noted that both companies meet the criteria defined by the government, in particular - carry out activities that ensure stable functioning of culture, information space, as well as support of the Armed Forces in wartime.
Obtaining a critically important enterprise opens the opportunity to book their employees from mobilization for companies. To do this, they must comply with several mandatory conditions, in particular - to pay employees an average salary at least 2.5 minimum, as well as to make appropriate tax payments in a timely manner.
These are not the first representatives of the cultural sphere to receive similar status. As early as March 2025, the groups "Without Restrictions" and "Boombox" were included in the list of critically important. They were also recognized as performing an important humanitarian mission, in particular, during charitable tours and performances in support of the military.
While Vakarchuk and Zagaykevych himself did not publicly comment on granting their companies. However, both artists have been actively involved in volunteer, artistic and information initiatives to support Ukraine since the beginning of a full -scale invasion.
