The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine plans to turn "Rezerv+" into an online TCC

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced ambitious plans for the development of the Reserve+ mobile application. In particular, already this fall, it is planned to implement a number of new functions that will allow users to receive TCC (territorial picking centers) services online. This will include services such as online recruiting, deferrals and referrals to the Military Medical Commission (MMC). Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Kateryna Chernogorenko reported this in an interview for UNN .

Online TCC: new opportunities for conscripts

Thanks to new functions in the "Reserve+" application, conscripts and reservists will be able to significantly simplify the process of interaction with the TCC. According to Kateryna Chernogorenko, the ministry strives to ensure that all services provided offline in the TCC become available in digital format through "Rezerv+".

"We are thinking about launching a voluntary referral to the VLK at the request of a person so that he does not have to go to get a piece of paper. We are thinking of launching online recruitment if a person wants to mobilize voluntarily, as well as a postponement for large families and students. In general, we have an idea to make "Reserve+" an online TCC, so that all services available in TCC can be obtained through "Reserve+", Chernogorenko noted.

Some of the new services are planned to be launched already in autumn 2024, while others will be implemented over time.

Fake apps and cyber security

It is worth noting that the development of "Reserve+" is not without problems. Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine discovered three fake web applications that tried to impersonate "Rezerv+". All these fakes were in the development stage and, fortunately, were discovered and stopped in time.

The ministry urges users to be careful and download the official app only from verified sources.

History of "Reserve+"

We would like to remind you that the "Reserve+" mobile application was developed by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and launched in May 2024. Its main purpose is to ensure convenient interaction between conscripts, conscripts and reservists from the TCC. The application allows you to update your credentials, get an electronic military registration document, and now also check the status of your mobilization reservation.

With the introduction of new functions in the fall, "Reserve+" is expected to become an even more useful tool for servicemen and civilians, helping them interact more effectively with the country's defense structures.
