The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is preparing for large -scale changes in the military accounting system. Soon, the military will be able to contact any territorial center of acquisition and social support (TCC and JV), not just where they are registered. This should greatly simplify the process of interaction of citizens with the state and reduce bureaucratic obstacles.
This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chernororenko on the air of the telecast, reports "Wall" .
Today, if a person changes the place of residence, they have to go to the CCC at the place of registration, which creates inconvenience. The new system will allow the military to contact any CCC, regardless of the accounting place.
This reform is already in line with the General Staff of the Armed Forces and has received support for the Presidential and Cabinet of Ministers.
Similar changes will also be related to the Military Medical Commissions (VLK). By the summer of 2025, conscripts will be able to undergo physical examination at any medical institution-both public and private.
“We will completely deviate from the specific VLK. A person will be able to undergo a physical examination where he is comfortable. The entire ecosystem of medical institutions will be integrated into the system, ”Chernnorenko explained.
A key element of reform will be the Unified State Register of Oberig, which will allow the shopping center to work without attachment to the regions. Centers employees will access a nationwide base, which will greatly accelerate and simplify all processes.
Changes will also affect the electronic health care system. Data on fitness or inability to military service will be transmitted directly to the Ministry of Defense and will be displayed in the Reserve+ .
As early as February 28, 2025, a digital interaction between the state and the conscripts will be introduced in Ukraine. The resolution on fitness for military service will be available exclusively in electronic format through a special interface of the Ministry of Defense.
These innovations should make the accounting process more convenient, transparent and effective, as well as reduce bureaucracy and corruption risks.
