A new law on mobilization came into effect on May 18. Ukrainians of draft age must update their data in the CCC, which can be done either at the military registration and enlistment office itself, at the Central Service Center, or through the “Reserve+” mobile application. The deadline is July 16.
A QR code appeared in the said application, which is an analogue of paper military registration documents.
Justice Minister Denys Malyuska recently announced that hundreds of state services would be unavailable to Ukrainians who do not have military registration documents. However, he noted that he was misunderstood, and the list of specific services distributed in the media does not correspond to reality. According to Malyuska, some services have indeed been restricted for the specified category of men, and some will be restricted in the future. However, “certainly not according to the lists invented by Telegram channels.”.
“This is a classic fake and IPSO. Don’t be fooled and follow the regulatory legal acts. Some kind of era of disinformation has come, I write only refutations/explanations. I especially liked the thesis that international legal assistance will not be provided without a military ID. I think all fugitives from criminal prosecution will appreciate it,” the head of the Ministry of Justice commented with humor.
