The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved the date of completion of the academic year - June 30, 2025. The corresponding decision was enshrined in the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 841 of July 23, 2024.
The last bell for most students is sounded on May 30. However, June will remain working: during this period, children will be able to complete the curriculum, tighten knowledge, close academic debts or prepare for the state final certification.
This year, spring vacations in part of the schools were shifted in April - from 16 to 23, due to a calendar coincidence with Easter. Other educational institutions left the usual March weekend, or reduced the vacation period because of the need to catch up with the curricula.
The full summer holidays will last from July 1 to August 31, and on September 1, students will return to school classes again.
