At the same time, according to the investigation, on the day of discharge, the prosecutor Sparrow prompted the employees of the city center of primary health care to write a referral to the MSEC in connection with the presence of signs of disability. In April 2023, Taras Gorobets, having ten years of prosecutorial experience, appealed to the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund in Cherkasy region on the transfer of a pension.
