"Nova poshta" company announced the launch of a new function that allows customers to leave "tips" to employees for excellent service. This new initiative aims to thank and support the company's employees who provide a high level of service.
"Nova poshta" company has added the possibility to leave "tips" to its employees through the application.

"You asked - we did. The most anticipated feature - "Tips" - is now available! Now you can thank the employee of Nova Poshta for the pleasant and high-quality service", noted the representatives of the postal operator.
You can leave a tip and evaluate the operator's work through the new Nova Post application. After receiving the services, users will be asked to rate the service.
"After rating 4 or 5 stars, the "Tip" block will open, where you can choose the proposed amount or enter your own. You can also leave feedback," the company explained.

We will remind that "Ukrposhta" received a license to trade in medicinal products. Now Ukrainians will be able to order and pick them up at one of the post offices or order home delivery by first calling the contact center.
