In the Rivne region, law enforcement officers reported suspicion to a 53-year-old resident of Kolodenko village in the premeditated murder of his brother. The Rivne Regional Prosecutor's Office informs about it.
His sister was told of the disappearance of a man to police, who could not communicate with him for several weeks. During investigative actions, the operatives went to another brother, with whom the missing conflict had.
During the conversation, a 53-year-old man confessed to the committed. He said that there was a household conflict between the brothers, during which he struck a 54-year-old brother with a knife. He died on the spot from the injuries. Subsequently, the attacker hid the body in the garbage pit near the house.
According to preliminary information, the suspect is registered about mental disorders. Investigative actions are currently underway, the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being resolved.
The actions of a man qualified under Part 1 of Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - premeditated murder. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
