Vinnytsia region exposed a large -scale fraudulent scheme of illegal seizure of agricultural lands, organized by a local lawyer with the participation of two officials of one of the village councils of Khmelnytsky district. About it reports the publication "Law and Business" with reference to the office of the Prosecutor General.
According to the investigation, during 2022–2024, the participants of the scheme illegally reprinted on the lumen of the ownership of 19 unprocessed land shares with a total area of almost 50 hectares. The total cost of farmland exceeds UAH 4 million.
The lawyer, who was organized by the equipment, gave instructions of the old age and clerk of one of the Old Old District. The latter, by conspiracy, introduced false information to the official documents - in particular, the journals of registration of notarial acts on the wills on behalf of already dead persons, certificates of their place of registration at the time of death, hereditary registers. Fake duplicates of wills were also made.
As a result of these actions, 11 persons, including the clerk of the village council, illegally became the owners of valuable land. All these lands were seized within the framework of criminal proceedings.
The lawyer was detained in accordance with Art. 615 of the CPC of Ukraine, and the court chose him a pre -trial detention with an alternative to bail.
The actions of the persons qualified under a number of articles of the Criminal Code, in particular:
- fraud (Article 190),
- legalization of income received crime (Article 209),
- forgery of documents (Article 358)
, - unauthorized actions with information (Article
362),
- abuse of power (Article 364).
Other participants of the scheme have been exposed earlier. The cases against them have already been transferred to court, with respect to two persons the court adopted indictments.
