In the Zhytomyr region, a scandal with the participation of tax authorities again. This time, the incident was Serhiy Yaremchuk - an official from the state tax service system. On June 21, at 9:00 pm, his car Kia Sorento was stopped by patrol police at the entrance to Zhytomyr - near Aqua Holiday.
Law enforcement officers recorded a sharp smell of alcohol from the driver's mouth. So, they suggested that Yaremchuk check a check on a breathalyzer. However, he categorically refused. At the scene of the incident, a protocol under Art. 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (driving transportation).
However, the protocol on the violation later ... destroyed. According to eyewitnesses, there was a phone call - and after it the police "changed their minds". As it is assumed, Igor Gerasimenko, a MP from Zhytomyr Region, personally became a member of Zhytomyr region. Probably, the deputy's intervention contributed to "solving" the problem without official registration.
This is not the first scandal with the participation of Yaremchuk. In the control of V.O. The head of the State traffic police in the Zhytomyr region of Myaskovsky, he acts as a "collector" - reports the gifts collected from the business. According to sources, Myaskovsky repeatedly covered Yaremchuk's "Salts" and his subordinates, especially in cases of demanding of undue benefit.
Serhiy Yaremchuk, despite the scandals, remains in office. Myaskovsky, they say, suits his activity in raising funds and loyalty. Therefore, "bags" with leaps regularly migrate up a service chain.
