Igor Ivanovich Osypenko, the head of the 3rd department of the Obukhiv district territorial center for recruitment and social support of the Kyiv region, keeps 2.5 million hryvnias and 90 thousand dollars in cash. The information became known from his declaration of income and property.
Osipenko lives in the city of Bila Tserkva with his wife Olena Mykolaivna. He owns land plots in the village of Kodaki, Obukhiv district, with a total area of over 31,800 m², as well as a share of an apartment in Kyiv (81 m²). There is no information about the value of the property in the declaration.
For 2024, his total income amounted to UAH 575 thousand, of which UAH 108 thousand was received as charitable assistance and social payments from LLC "Trading House "Finprom LTD" and KNP "Kyiv Regional Blood Service Center". Vehicles and valuable movable property are absent from the declaration.
It is worth noting that Ihor Osypenko was previously convicted of accepting a bribe in the amount of $240,000, which raises additional questions about the transparency of his financial situation.
The situation draws attention to the control over the income and property of officials in the military, especially those who have previously been implicated in corruption schemes.
