Ukrainian artist Nataliya Mogilevska spoke about an unexpected incident that happened to her in the 1990s, after her victory at the "Slavic Bazaar" festival. The star became a victim of robbers who attacked her in her apartment.
The artist revealed that the reason for the attack was the unpublished mysterious detention of her festival prize in the amount of 6 thousand dollars for 5-10 years. Information about this got into the newspapers, which caused an aggressive reaction to the singer.
"I had a situation... When I won at the 'Slavic Bazaar', I was not given the prize that I had been waiting for for 5-10 years. When it was finally handed to me, I no longer needed it. But this information ended up in the newspapers, and I tried to settle the matter," said Mogilevska.
The singer noted that the attackers managed to get into her apartment, where they beat her. Natalya admitted that she was saved by the fact that she was talking to her mother on the phone at the time and that scared the thieves.
"I was saved by the fact that I was talking to my mother on the phone at that moment. I opened the door and got hit in the face. I was pulled out to the balcony in a few seconds. But I was talking on the phone, and the people who were with the attacker decided that I was not at home alone, so they ran away, leaving him behind," the artist added.
