The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAZK) summoned the chairman of the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries (KRAIL) Ivan Rudohy to its premises to review the protocol on administrative offenses. This was reported by the agency on its official page.
In the case of non-arrival of the head of KRAIL upon summons, the NAZK intends to draw up a protocol on an administrative offense based on the available materials with a note of refusal to sign.
Specific violations recorded in the protocol include not reporting a real conflict of interest and taking actions or making decisions in conditions of a real conflict of interest, which are provided for in part 1 and 2 of Article 172-7 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (KuPA).
In the case of ignoring the invitation, the head of KRAIL Rudy is informed of the need to appear at the NACP on January 3, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to read the protocol.
