Well -known British nutritionist and TV presenter Michael Mosley told how to quickly and effectively reduce fatty deposits in the abdomen. According to him, a key factor is to reduce the amount of carbohydrates consumed.
In an interview with the British media, the expert stressed that first of all, you need to give up foods and drinks that contain a lot of sugar added. If the sugar content exceeds 5%, you should not consume them. These are sweets, baking, carbonated drinks and other so -called "fast carbohydrates".
"You need to eat less white bread, chips, pasta," Mosley advised. He also urged not to admire dietary products, as they often contain hidden sweeteners that can harm metabolism.
In addition to nutrition, an effective method of weight loss expert has called interval starvation - a mode when during the day food is consumed only for a limited time (for example, 8 hours), and the rest of the time is in a state of hunger.
According to Mosley, this approach reduces the level of insulin, increases the level of growth hormone and activates metabolism - all this stimulates fat burning, in particular in the abdomen.
The nutritionist paid special attention to physical activity. He stressed that regular exercises not only help to lose weight, but also reduce blood sugar, which also has a positive effect on fat burning processes.
