In the yellow waters of the Dnipropetrovsk region a new company appeared - LLC "Industrial Cemistry Park", whose co -founders became scandalous persons with pro -Russian background. It is about the Swedish businessman Karl Sturen and Yuri Boyko, Jr., the son of the former pro-Russian people's deputy.
The company is registered on July 4, its legal address is an office space in the city center. The director was the local lawyer Marina Dziuba, who is already known as the head of a number of legal entities in the city, in particular LLC "Industrial Park of Yellow Waters". This park was recently included in the Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine, and last week land work began in its territory for the construction of a chemical plant.
The owner of the industrial park is Yuriy Boyko Jr., and the business partner was Carl Sturen-Swedes with Ukrainian (Kherson) roots, which was considered a person with pro-Russian sympathies before the start of a full-scale war.
According to sources, Sturen had close ties with pro -Russian politicians in Kherson region. Although the war has been going on for over two years, it has not abandoned old contacts and views. In June 2023, he headed the subsidiary of the State "Naftogaz", which caused indignation in part of the expert environment.
Earlier, Sturen was a co -owner of the Chumak brand and controlled about 21% of Ukrainian wind parks. Now he returns to active presence in the Ukrainian business - this time paired with a descendant of a pro -Russian political dynasty.
The emergence of such tandem against the background of a strategic project for the construction of a chemical plant raises many questions about transparency, reliability of partners and risks of penetration of pro -Russian interests into critical infrastructure.
