Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation together with the SBU and internal security of the State Border Service exposed the scheme of illegal transportation of the military to Moldova. The channel was organized by the head of a group of one of the law enforcement agencies in the Odessa region. He also involved his mother in the crime.
According to the Law and Business, with reference to the DBR, the person involved at the beginning of a full -scale invasion tried to escape himself abroad to avoid mobilization, but the attempt was unsuccessful. After that, the man got a law enforcement agency, but focused not on the law, but on the organization of illegal business.
Using the knowledge of the border territory and the routes of patrol, the official built the scheme of intersection of the state border bypassing official checkpoints. Negotiations with potential "clients" were led by his mother. She also conveyed instructions on the time and place of the illegal transition.
The cost of the ticket was $ 6,000 per person. According to preliminary data, at least three men who avoided mobilization were passed through the channel.
The attackers were detained during the transfer of the next tranche of cash. They have already been informed of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - the organization of illegal crossing of persons through the state border, committed for selfish reasons by prior conspiracy. The sanction of this article provides for up to 9 years in prison.
