Kyvlyuk's family also owns undeclared real estate and land plots with a total value of about 4 million UAH, which does not correspond to official income.
Despite his civilian status, Kyvlyuk remained in his official housing, and his wife, active military Bohdana Kyvlyuk, did not declare an apartment, a cottage in Volodymyr, and plots near Svityaz and Oleandra. In the declarations, the family notes the lack of housing and savings.
The Porsche is registered to Alina Malenka, a resident of Kyiv, the owner of the Miss Diamond brand, who claims that she “gave the car” to Kivlyuk. Its value is about $38,000. Previously, the wife declared a Mazda CX-7 and a Hyundai Santa Fe, which were later transferred to relatives.
In Volodymyr, Kivlyuk owns a two-story cottage, officially marked as "unfinished construction," although it is actually completed. Journalists calculated that even taking into account his pension, salary in the CP, and long-service payments, Kivlyuk's official income does not cover the value of his property.
