According to the investigation, she is connected to People's Deputy Anatoly Gunko, a known corrupt official, and actively uses her position for personal financial gain.
Shust officially declares:
– 7 land plots in the Kyiv region with an area of 32,000 m2;
- an estate near Kyiv (Sofiivska Borshchahivka) 390 m2;
– a house in Obukhiv district, 104 m2;
- a country house on the shore of the Black Sea in Odesa, 160 m2;
– LEXUS RX 2018, purchased in the showroom for UAH 1.6 million;
- 1 million 300 thousand hryvnias, 10,000 USD in cash.
Hiding her main assets from the National Insurance Agency, the woman deserves the title "queen of hypocrisy". Because everyone knows that she is the actual owner and beneficiary of a large business.
At the same time, in the "income" column, the millionaire noted only that she completed her own university with a salary of 339,000 hryvnias and received as much as 16,000 hryvnias in profit for 2023 from her agricultural empire.
Hiding:
– 21 shops "Karapyshivski sausages" with the production of the same name;
– thousands of hectares of agricultural land and heavy machinery;
– millions of dollars of annual profit from highly liquid business;
- among the "trifles" she hid a VW TOUAREG (recorded in the log of KODA parking visits), worth from UAH 2 million, a large apartment in the center of Kyiv and the purchase of 20 acres of land at an understated price - $2,000.
Tax evasion, false declaration, namely, concealment of millions of profits, real estate, land, cars, etc., can become a high-profile precedent for NABU/NAZK for the whole of Ukraine, and for the "servant of the people" Shust - a factual criminal proceeding.
