Online marriage in Diya: now Ukrainians can register a marriage using a video link

Ukrainians now have the opportunity to register their marriage online thanks to a new resolution passed by the government. According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, this step makes the process of marriage more accessible and convenient for citizens.

An application for marriage can be submitted simply through the "Action" application. After that, an employee of the State Registration Service conducts a video ceremony during which the bride and groom sign the marriage certificate. This new process is especially important for those couples who are in difficult life circumstances, for example due to war.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation emphasizes that this innovative approach makes it possible to make dreams of marriage a reality in just a few clicks.
