Ukrainians subject to military registration will not be able to delay from mobilization without updating their military accounting data. This applies even those who work in strategically important enterprises - in this case, the employer will refuse to book the employee.
This is stated in the explanation of lawyers on the portal "Lawyers.ua", who gave advice to a citizen who tried to decorate the reservation without updating personal data.
“ You will only be able to get your reservation if the reserve+is set and the data is clarified. Without this, you will just be denied , ”lawyer Yuri Aivazan explained.
His position was confirmed by lawyer Vladislav Deriy. According to him, paragraph 29 of the current booking of the conscripts during the mobilization period directly provides for the need to update the credentials. Only then can the person be transferred to special military accounting for the term of armor.
" You have to book you if you are on a military account, work at a critical enterprise, have specified data (regardless of date) and are not wanted ," Deriy said.
Thus, even with all the reasons for booking, the employee without updated through the "reserve+" data automatically loses the chance of deferral. This is another confirmation that the state continues the course on digital synchronization of the accounting of conscripts and real mobilization training.
