Although more than 700,000 men have updated their data through the "Rezerv+" or TsNAP application, their rights and freedoms remain unchanged. Employees of the territorial recruiting and social support centers (TCC and SP) continue to detain such persons and deliver them to the military medical commission (MMC), reported Oleksandr Bondarenko, head of the public relations service of the Sumy regional TCC and SP.
According to him, in order to avoid detention, you need to have a military document with you, but most of the detainees do not have it. The representative of the TCC noted that the police, which is part of the alert group, fulfills legal requirements and sends citizens to the VLK if they do not have documents.
Bondarenko explained that the reason for delivery to the TCC may be the lack of up-to-date data on passing the VLC, even after updating other data in the "Reserve+" application. He added that if a person did not pass the VLC or did not update the data completely, the TCC offers him to appear and pass the VLC, and if there are no legal reasons for the postponement, then sends him to the training center.
Therefore, updating the data through "Reserve+" or TsNAP does not guarantee the avoidance of mobilization if there is no current data on the passing of the VLK, and the TCC continues to operate within the limits of the law.
