Oschadbank has announced a large -scale upgrade of client accounts, which will start from July 1, 2025. Within this process, part of the bank cards will be canceled automatically, including those that have expired or have not been used for a long time.
According to the financial institution, the update will cover cards whose validity has expired or expires by March 2025 inclusive. If the owners did not apply for rebound, such cards will be blocked without use.
"After lock, the card can not be used for any financial transactions: payment, transfer, cash withdrawal or replenishment," the Savings Bank noted.
What to do to customers?
In order to avoid inconvenience, the Bank recommends that you contact the branch in advance or use an online banking to design a new card. This procedure is free and takes a minimum of time.
In addition, non -active accounts are automatically closed, that is, those for which there are no transactions for a long period and the balance is 0 UAH.
Oschadbank emphasizes that all clients concerning the lock will receive personal notifications with appropriate information and call to update the card.
