Of course, the shelter in Kryukiv region could be built at least twice as cheaply, but other companies were never able to get full access to participate in tenders.

Pryjad is a freelance consultant of Mykola Tyshchenko, whom he openly introduced as "watcher of Transcarpathia". As a "watcher from Tyshchenko", Volodymyr Pryglyad collected tribute from contractors who performed work for budget funds in the region .
