People's Deputy Mariana Bezugla reported on the critical situation in eastern Ukraine. According to her, Pokrovsk "has actually already been captured" and Myrnograd "is completely surrounded."
Bezugla also stated that Russian troops have long been entrenched in Kostyantynivka and are actively approaching Zaporizhia. In this regard, she called for the resignation of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, and for a thorough inspection of the army.
The deputy noted that the current peace negotiations will not yield the expected results, and the end of the war may not occur earlier than in a few years.
According to her, the critical situation requires urgent action to strengthen defense capabilities and control over strategic areas in the east of the country.
