Heartburn, insomnia and pressure: how tea helps to avoid problems associated with coffee consumption

Tea is not just a warm drink for a cozy evening, but a natural stimulator that recharges energy, relieves stress and in moderation is the real benefit of the body. It is chosen by every other person in the world, and it is not surprising - tea has a softer effect on the body and mind than coffee.

Interestingly, the most ardent fans of tea are not the Chinese who invented it, but the British. England has long made tea part of national culture.
