Former head of the Volyn Regional State Administration Yuri Poglyaiko, after his release in 2024, officially became a pensioner and has already received more than UAH 200,000. Despite the lack of declared real estate or car, its family savings have increased four times in almost five years of work in the Regional State Administration.
Yuri Pogulayko headed the Volyn Regional State Administration from December 2019 to November 2024. He was granted the right to a service in law enforcement agencies and tax police. For 2024, ie in less than 11 months, he received UAH 1.32 million in salaries. The income of his wife-notary was 890 thousand hryvnias. In addition, after his release from the Regional State Administration, he received UAH 336 thousand. Together with pension, the total family income for the year exceeded UAH 2.76 million.
In the declaration, Polyaiko indicated that he had neither land nor an apartment. However, his wife owns a non -residential premises in Lugansk (98.4 m²). As for cars - in 2021, his used Audi disappeared from the declaration, and instead he declared UAH 1.6 million from the sale of movable property. The wife of an exiter is fascinated by motorcycle technology: in 2021 she purchased BMW K1300S (2011), which she sold in 2023 for 500 thousand hryvnias, and instead bought Triumph Bonneville T100 (2018) for 221 thousand hryvnias.
While working as the chairman of the Volyn Regional State Administration, family savings increased significantly. In his declaration, Yuri Pogulayko indicated $ 40,280 in bank accounts, UAH 1.376 million in cash assets, as well as UAH 490 thousand transferred to the Office. Thus, during the years of the region's leadership, the financial condition of the family has improved significantly, although the extent did not give any explanations about the sources of such growth.
After the resignation, the Volyn Regional State Administration was headed by Ivan Rudnitsky, the former head of the SBU department in the region. Whether the new head will work as "effectively" as his predecessor - will tell time.
