The digital application "Rezerv+" has restored the possibility of issuing a postponement from mobilization for parents raising three minor children in a joint marriage. The service was unavailable due to technical work in the registers of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, which occurred after a large-scale cyber attack.
The Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Kateryna Chernogorenko reported on Facebook that the service is already working. "Rezerv+ has restored the deferment service for parents with many children," Chernogorenko noted.
Earlier, the official explained that the technical problems were caused by an attack on the digital databases of the Ministry of Justice, due to which many state registers temporarily stopped working.
Only conscripts who have three minor children can use the service. To do this, you need to submit the relevant documents through the "Reserve+" application, which simplifies the registration procedure.
Despite the difficulties caused by cyberattacks, the Ministry of Defense together with the Ministry of Justice made efforts to quickly restore the service. This will allow parents with many children to continue fulfilling their family responsibilities while remaining within the legal framework.
UNN reports that the attack on the databases of the Ministry of Justice was part of a wider cyber-aggression aimed at the state infrastructure of Ukraine. As a result, the work of many registers was stopped. However, prompt response made it possible to gradually restore services.
The restoration of the service at "Rezerv+" was an important step to support parents with many children who need legal protection under martial law.
