The head of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Radoslaw Sikorskyi, in an interview with Ukrainian mass media, said that Poland was unable to form the planned brigade of Ukrainian refugees due to a lack of volunteers. This issue has attracted considerable interest in the mass media and among political observers, as it reflects the difficulties in implementing plans to support Ukraine and integrate refugees into the Polish armed forces.
"According to my information, there are still not enough volunteers ready to form a brigade," Sikorskyi said.
At the same time, Sikorsky spoke in favor of forcing Ukrainian male refugees to return to Ukraine for mobilization in the Armed Forces.
"I go to a hairdresser in Warsaw, and a young Ukrainian hairdresser cuts my hair. And I have a question for him: "What are you doing here? Shouldn't you protect your country? "... I have a question: is it normal to create financial incentives for Ukrainian men to live in the EU, and not here in Ukraine?", the minister said.
Earlier, we reported that Ukrainian men abroad started receiving messages urging them to join the Ukrainian Legion.
