In Kiev, law enforcement officers detained the Chief Inspector of the KSCA Land Resources Department simply while receiving a bribe of $ 15,000. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration Timur Tkachenko.
According to the investigation, the official demanded money from the entrepreneur for extending the lease of the land for a period of 10 years. The detention occurred directly in the office of the official.

The head of the KMVA recalled that this is not the first high -profile scandal in the land department of the capital. Previously, this unit was appeared in the so -called "toilet schemes" when city lands were leased through formal improvement objects.
Tkachenko stressed that the fight against corruption in the KSCA continues, and called for personnel changes, transparency and public accountability.
“Decisions are needed, dismissal is needed. Transparency is needed. The city should support entrepreneurs, not get out of them in war conditions, ”he added.
Details for detention and criminal proceedings should be published in the near future by law enforcement.
