Igor Sytyashenko, Deputy Director for the Operation of the Housing and Non-Housing Fund of the Kyiv KP "Spetszhitlofond", submitted a declaration with numerous violations, the total amount of which exceeds 554 thousand hryvnias. These are the results of a full audit of his declaration for 2023.
Among the undeclared objects are a residential building worth 58 thousand hryvnias, two land plots worth 95 thousand and 924 hryvnias, respectively, as well as a share of an apartment belonging to Sityashenko's wife - 297 thousand hryvnias. In addition, a communal apartment was not indicated.
The utility company valued the Kia Sportage at 500,000 hryvnias instead of the market value of 599,000. There were also errors in the data regarding the Daewoo Lanos.
The inspectors paid special attention to income: the salary received from the KP "Spetszhitlofond" was indicated with a discrepancy of 101 thousand hryvnias. Sityashenko did not declare trade union payments, as well as his wife's income, which amounted to 137 thousand and 1.8 thousand hryvnias. The official also "forgot" about bank accounts: his own in "PrivatBank" and his wife's in "Oschadbank", "UkrSibbank" and "Sens Bank".
Since the total amount of violations exceeded 100 subsistence minimums, this is grounds for administrative liability under Part 4 of Article 172-6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Sityashenko is obliged to submit a corrected declaration.
